Support Tickets

When do I submit a ticket?

Submit a support ticket for technical issues, troubleshooting, or other questions you can’t find the answer to. These tickets are answered according to severity, as defined in our Terms & Conditions. 

How do I submit a ticket? 

You can submit a ticket from right inside your database. Just log in and navigate to Support Tickets on the menu at left-hand side of your screen.

Meet Your Team

RMS Support

The support team provides front-line support for troubleshooting or incident reporting. When you create a ticket or call in, a support team member will respond according to priority level and will escalate to your account manager as needed. 

  • Troubleshoot database issues
  • Report issues with the system
  • Questions relating to system features
